(the “Company”) announced that it has commenced a tender offer to purchase for cash up to $500 million aggregate principal amount of the Company’s 3.300% Senior Notes due 2024. The tender offer is being conducted on the terms and conditions set forth in the offer to purchase dated May 18, 2023.
