Hori and Jean L. Fuller, members of the Board of Directors of Tejon Ranch Co. (the “Company”), notified the Company of their intention to not stand for election of the Company’s Board of Directors upon completion of their respective terms ending at the adjournment of the 2023 Annual Meeting of the Shareholders.
