(d) On February 7, 2023, the Board of Directors of 3M Company (the “Company”) elected Anne Chow and Pedro Pizarro to the Company’s Board of Directors, effective February 9, 2023. Ms. Chow is the retired Chief Executive Officer of AT&T Business. Mr. Pizarro is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Edison International.
